This position is funded by the Community Development Block Grant Disaster Relief (CDBG-DR), which New York State receives each year through the Federal Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD). To comply with Section 3 of the Housing & Urban Development Act of 1968, HUD requires CDBG-DR-funded projects to collect residency & income information for persons involved with construction-related contracts of $100,000 or more.
